| For further information on possible consignments please contact us before shipping any material. We recommend that all shipments be made via a mailing services with tracking numbers and signature requirements. Once the material is received we will do the appropriate listings and photography necessary for catalogue and Internet purposes. Listing and Estimates will be forwarded to consignors for approval and Reserves if required before the Auction date. All auction material received will be stored and Insured by us at all times until Sold or otherwise returned to the consignor upon request. Consignor fees are at 5% unless otherwise specified and Consignor payments are sent 40 days after the Auction date unless otherwise specified in the terms of Consignment. Consignor payments will be in Canadian funds unless otherwise requested. Payments in US funds should be requested and agreed to before hand. | ||
